Emotional intelligence plays a crucial role in situations like these, which is why we would like to invite you to our training course "Emotional Intelligence for Leaders".
This one-day workshop is specially designed for executives, to help you strengthen your emotional intelligence and deal effectively with emotions, both in yourself and others. We have put together two engaging modules, based on Goleman's model, that will teach you essential skills to take your leadership to new heights.
Module 1: Recognising emotions
In the first module, "Recognising Emotions", we will focus on developing awareness and recognising emotions. You will learn how to better tune into and understand your own emotions more effectively. In addition, you will learn to recognise the signals of emotions in others and show empathy.
