You will learn how to motivate a team, manage conflict and give and receive constructive feedback. This helps create a productive and positive working environment in which team members can perform at their best.
  • Risk Management and Problem Solving: The ability to identify, evaluate and mitigate risks is essential for successful project management. You will learn risk management and problem-solving techniques so that you are prepared for unexpected challenges and can respond quickly to keep projects on track.
  • Use of Project Management Tools and Technologies: In the modern project management environment, it is crucial to be familiar with various tools and technologies that facilitate project management. This includes software for task management, time tracking, resource planning, and collaboration tools. Programme (per half-day)

Day Part 1 (Morning): Basic theories of project management and the impact of effective communication and leadership.

Day Part 2 (Afternoon): Workshops on applying project management tools, managing risks, and practical exercises, role plays and application in practice.
