Leadership Communications

Learning objectives:
Develop strategies for both internal and external communication to better switch between different interlocutors.Deepen your understanding of non-verbal communication and learn how to use it to reinforce your message and communicate more effectively.Learn to manage conflict and give and receive feedback constructively, enabling you to face challenging situations with confidence.
Programme (by half-day):
- Day 1 (Morning): Exploration of communication theories and the impact of non-verbal cues on leadership communication.
- Day Part 2 (Afternoon): Practical workshops on conducting constructive conversations, essential for effective leadership. Simulations and role-plays aimed at managing conflict and developing assertive communication skills as a leader.
