Learning objectives:

Develop strategies for conducting successful evaluation interviews, both internally and externally. Increase your understanding of non-verbal communication and learn how to use it effectively during evaluations. Learn to manage conflict and give and receive constructive feedback, essential skills for effective evaluation interviews.

Programme (per half day)

Day 1 (Morning): Deepening in communication theories and the impact of non-verbal cues during evaluation interviews.  Workshops on developing strategies for successful evaluation interviews and conducting constructive feedback interviews.

Daypart 2 (Afternoon): Simulations and role plays focused on managing conflict and applying assertive communication during evaluations.
