Learning objectives:

Refine your strategies and techniques for conducting persuasive sales conversations, both internally and externally, to maximise your sales results.Enhance your understanding of customer needs and motivations, and learn how to effectively identify and leverage them during the sales process.Develop skills to respond effectively to different customer types and needs, and learn how to overcome customer objections and close deals.

Programme (by half-day):

  • Day 1 (Morning): Exploration of communication theories and the impact of non-verbal cues during sales calls.
  • Day Part 2 (Afternoon): Workshops and role-plays on conducting constructive feedback conversations and developing effective sales strategies.
