Psychological Safety

Psychological Safety

Create a safe environment for learning, collaboration and innovation.

The Challenge of Psychological Safety

Psychological safety is essential for a healthy and innovative workplace, but creating such an environment can be complex. Without psychological safety, employees may feel reluctant to share their thoughts, leading to a lack of innovation, a decline in well-being and obstacles in self-direction. How do you make people feel safe to share their ideas and opinions?

Workshop Overview

In this one-day workshop, you will learn what psychological safety is and how to ensure it in both offline and virtual work environments. You will discover the link between psychological safety, well-being and self-management, and learn strategies to contribute to this environment in the 4 phases of psychological safety. After this course, you will be able to understand the essence and benefits of psychological safety, apply Tim Clark's Psychological Safety framework, identify your personal level of psychological safety, and practice strategies in each of the 4 phases.
