Change can be a challenge for you, struggling to adapt to new situations. The fear of the unknown and worries about your capabilities.

When change is not communicated well, this can lead to reduced trust in leadership, lower morale and even a drop in productivity.

That is why we offer a training in change communication, a structured approach to tackle these challenges. We teach you to gain insight into how people react to change. With practical exercises and proven strategies we help you to communicate effectively and inform employees during periods of change.

In addition, we offer extensive learning materials available on our digital learning platform, including a syllabus and instructional videos. This gives you the opportunity to develop additional knowledge and skills at your own pace, allowing you to effectively apply the learned techniques in change communication.

Programme (per half day):

• Part 1: Explore the theories of change management and analyse best practices for change communication.
• Part 2: Learn how to draw up a communication plan for change initiatives and how to develop effective messages.
• Part 3: Practise having conversations about change, dealing with resistance and promoting a culture of openness and collaboration.
