Lifelong learning has become a necessity in the 21st century. Therefore, companies organise training courses to continue supporting their employees in their personal and professional development. As online options for organising have become commonplace, they have greatly increased in popularity. But do they offer the ideal solution in all circumstances?
In this survey, we focus on organising, delivering and following training from three perspectives:
- The perspective of the people who organise training courses; the Learning & Development managers, team leaders and HR managers;
- The perspective of those who teach and develop training courses; the teachers, experts and trainers who are responsible for teaching people knowledge and skills;
- The perspective of the people who attend training courses; the employees who attend training on the instructions of their managers and the people who want training on their own initiative.
From these perspectives, we want to look at what they see as advantages and disadvantages of the different training methods available. By combining these different perspectives, we hope to gain insight into how best to organise formations in the future to meet the needs of both organisers and participants.
To get a clearer picture of this, we need your help. You can go a long way in helping us by completing this less than 5-minute survey.
