Creative Thinking

This training is designed for executives, project managers and entrepreneurs who would like to use the full brainpower of their teams to come up with innovative and creative solutions to complex challenges.
This training programme consists of 4 half-day modules. In each module, we first bring the general framework. Then we put the principles and techniques into practice and participants work through examples and cases that fit their own work situation.
Day 1: Stimulating creative thinking skills

- how to deal with criticism and negative feedback
- how to frame and reframe
- how to develop a generative mindset

Day 2: Applications: brainstorming & gamestorming
- How to facilitate brainstorming in teams
- what your role as facilitator involves
- how to open and maintain a generative field
- How to make sure everyone participates
- How to get people to generate ideas fully
- Imagineering techniques (Disney)
- Gamestorming methods
- How to use various work forms
- visual techniques
- storytelling techniques
- developing scenarios
- exploring and summarising
This is a highly interactive training course. You will be given principles and techniques that you will learn to apply immediately through assignments. After each exercise, we reflect and you get feedback. Afterwards, you will have tools that will help you use brainstorming as a tool for collaboration, problem-solving, innovation and co-creation.
Follow-up
Afterwards, participants are asked to further refine the case they started with during the workshop and to feed back (online) with each other and the trainer.
