Who are you?
You have commercial flair and a sense of initiative, quickly working your way up to become a supporter of our members and our customers.
Your tasks
- Welcoming visitors
- Welcoming visitors to the website, e-mail, chat and social media
- Telephone reception and possible transfer
- Administrative processing of incoming mail
- Invoicing and tracking payments from our members and customers
- Planning, booking and preparing meeting and training rooms
- Proofreading texts and helping to monitor house style
- Maintenance of our website
- Sending out mailing
- Social media management
Knowledge and skills
To perform this versatile job well:
- Do you have knowledge and experience in using common office software
- Are you familiar with scheduling and booking events and appointments
- Do you have a very good knowledge of Dutch, a good knowledge of English and French
- Do you have experience in the business use of the web and Social Media and quickly become familiar with new software.
- Do you have knowledge and experience in using common office software
- Communicate fluently and professionally on the phone and on chat
- You know how to structure your work well and have a sense of priorities
- You keep a good overview while paying attention to details
- Are you contactable, customer-oriented and have a "commercial nose"
- Do you feel like a fish out of water in an organisation where very diverse things happen
