Steff est sérieuse, joyeuse et toujours de bon conseil. De 'Disney Imagineering' en Appreciate Inquiry methode liggen m.i. erg dicht bij elkaar en zoals Steff die hanteert, kunnen de sterktes en ambities binnen de groep er nog scherper uitkomen.

Steff was de bewaker van de 'Veilige Omgeving', die zich richtte op het leerproces zonder opmerkingen of oordelen wanneer cursisten persoonlijke of werkgerelateerde verhalen deelden in hun praktijkoefeningen.
