Online learning and work from home

We have set up a apprenticeship programme where you work and learn from home, under the guidance of our professionals and instructors. You will consult daily with your colleagues online via Teams, discussing concrete tasks and working methods, which you will carry out self-organising. You constantly give feedback via Teams. At the same time, you will have access to a whole range of valuable learning resources.

Project work

During your internship, you will work on a project. As part of that, you will put into practice the following:

  • Planning, drafting and rolling out online marketing campaigns
  • Managing SEO and SEA for the House of Coaching, our members and clients
  • Proofreading and editing texts and helping to monitor house style
  • Supporting content-marketing production (video, blogs, etc.)
  • Publication of online training courses, organisation of online events
  • Integration and automation of online marketing with CRM
  • Maintenance of the House of Coaching and our clients' websites via CMS
  • Announcing events and relevant news on website and social media
  • Conversation management of website visitors and on social media

Knowledge and skills

To perform this multi-faceted internship assignment well:

  • You have a very good knowledge of Dutch and understand English and French
  • you have experience in the business use of the web and Social Media and quickly become familiar with new software.
  • You have knowledge and experience in using common office software, photoshop and other content creation tools
  • You communicate fluently and professionally by e-mail and chat
  • Keep a good overview while paying attention to details
  • You are good in contacts, customer-oriented and have a commercial nose
  • you feel like a fish in the water in an organisation where very diverse things happen

You will learn to use the latest tools such as assistants using artificial intelligence such as ChatGPT and Midjourney to generate and elaborate ideas for new content. In this way, you will learn to create more engaging content more easily.
