Ownership and modification Website

The Website www.thehouseofcoaching.com (hereafter "the Website") is operated by and owned by The House of Coaching VOF with registered office at Mosseveldstraat 34a, 9290 Overmere, Belgium, registered in the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under number (number in application).

The House of Coaching reserves the right to amend these General Terms of Use at any time, and without prior notice. Any amended version of these General Terms of Use shall be deemed applicable from the first date of publication on the Website. We therefore recommend that you consult the Website regularly. The use of the Website implies that "the user" of the Website (incl. but not limited to the mere internet visitor, customer, advertiser, etc.) fully and irrevocably accepts the terms and guidelines contained in the General Terms and Conditions of Use for use of the Website, incl. the products and services offered.

Intellectual Property Rights.

All components of the Website (including but not limited to texts, logos, photographs, drawings, images, sound, databases, designations, trade and domain names) are works protected by copyright and/or other intellectual property rights.

All relevant property rights, including intellectual property rights (copyrights, trademark rights, database rights, design rights, etc.) belong to The House of Coaching or are included on the Website with the permission of the owner the of the relevant rights.

No part of the Website itself, nor the data and information provided on the Website may be stored (other than as necessary to access the Website), reproduced, modified, disclosed, distributed, rented, sold, transferred to others or used in any way without the prior and written permission of The House of Coaching.

Liability

The House of Coaching takes care to provide the most correct information possible but can never guarantee the accuracy, completeness and suitability of the information on the Website and therefore cannot be held liable for it. This applies both to information posted on the Website by The House of Coaching itself and to information provided by users or others. The House of Coaching is not responsible for any decision or action taken by the user on the basis of the information provided in relation to users or others, nor is it responsible for errors or mistakes.

The House of Coaching is also not responsible for direct or indirect damage or any damage that might be caused by inaccuracy, incompleteness, inappropriateness, forgetfulness or negligence in the provision, compilation, drafting, writing and interpretation of the information.

The House of Coaching is not responsible for links to Websites operated by others. The House of Coaching cannot exercise any control over these Websites and cannot be held liable for their content. For the realisation of the Website, The House of Coaching uses state-of-the-art techniques as much as possible. However, The House of Coaching cannot be held liable for the (temporary) failure or any malfunction of the Website. Nothing in these General Terms of Use nor any information on the Website shall be construed to create any contract or agreement of any kind between The House of Coaching and any user of this Website.

Privacy

Given the evolution of privacy legislation, CS Workx reserves the right to change its privacy policy at any time. Consequently, CS Workx recommends that users regularly check the Website to see whether any changes have been made to the Privacy Policy.

Distance

The failure of The House of Coaching to enforce any provision of these Terms of Use, or to take any action against any visitor to the Website in the event of a possible breach of any provision, shall not be construed as a waiver of any claim or right in respect of any provision in the context of a possible future breach by any visitor.

Shareability

If any provision of these Terms of Use is declared illegal, void or unenforceable, in whole or in part, under applicable law, that provision will no longer form part of these Terms of Use. The legality, validity and binding nature of the other provisions of these General Terms of Use shall remain unaffected.

Court of competent jurisdiction and applicable law.

These General Terms of Use have been drafted, are to be interpreted and shall be governed by and in accordance with Belgian law. The courts of Ghent shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to these General Terms of Use.
