### The importance of feedback

Feedback is crucial for advancing projects, self-improvement and stimulating innovation within organisations. Yet many people find it difficult to give feedback and even more difficult to receive it. For effective collaboration it is essential to learn how to effectively seek, receive and give feedback without arousing defensiveness or fear.

### Feedback workshop

In this workshop you get insight into the basic principles and the real importance of feedback. You learn to distinguish different types of feedback and to identify psychological barriers that make it difficult to hear and appreciate feedback. After this training you can use strategies to effectively seek feedback, apply the SBI-A feedback model and use strategies to receive feedback in the right way.
