### Learning objectives:

#### Programme (per half day)

- *Session 1 (Morning): Deep dive into communication theories and the impact of non-verbal signals during evaluation interviews. Workshops on developing strategies for successful evaluation interviews and conducting constructive feedback conversations*
- *Session 2 (Afternoon): Simulations and role plays aimed at managing conflicts and applying assertive communication during evaluations.*
