This workshop teaches you to recognise, understand and transform aggression into constructive interactions.

After this workshop you can spot aggression early and address it effectively. You learn to understand the underlying causes of aggressive behaviour and how you can turn this into a constructive dialogue. We cover various techniques to de-escalate aggression, such as active listening, showing empathy and setting boundaries. You practise with realistic scenarios to refine your skills.
